Abstract

As a university that aims to produce competitive human resources, especially in the field of midwifery, the Department of Midwifery Poltekkes, Ministry of Health Denpasar should provide good administrative services. The purpose of this study was to find out the most dominant factors of the students’ satisfaction with the quality of administrative services of the Department of Midwifery, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Denpasar. Seventy-six students were chosen as the samples of this study. They were determined with proportional stratified random sampling. The data were collected by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that the students are satisfied with the quality of administrative services of the Department of Midwifery Poltekkes Denpasar Ministry of Health in terms of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.
