Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan di Indonesia: Studi Kasus pada PT FIF Cabang Denpasar, Bali

Penelitin ini menginvestigasi efektivitas kerja akryawan di Indonesia, dan sebagai sampelnya, berfokus pada karyawan PT FIF cabang kota Denpasar, Bali. Data diambil menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dan obsrvasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja karyawan divisi kredit PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Denpasar, 6 parameter tergolong kategoritinggi dan 4 parameter tergolong sangat tinggi, dilihat dari total skor maupun rata – rata skornya, disiplin kerja karyawan divisi kredit PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Denpasar, tergolong tinggi, dengan demikian secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan disiplin kerja karyawan divisi kredit PT.Federal International Finance (FIF) Denpasar, tergolong tinggi.
