Abstract

Increasing organizational performance in today's global competitive environment is very important. State Civil Apparatus in an organization plays a very important role in improving organizational performance. This research was carried out at the Office of South Kuta District of Badung Regency. This research used a survey research approach with a descriptive research format. Forty five respondents were involved in this research. The performance score of the State Civil Apparatus is 3,135, which is in the interval of 2,602 – 3,213. Based on the score, the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of South Kuta District of Badung Regency is categorized as good performance.
