Abstract
High job satisfaction in an organization can have an impact on achieving organizational efficiency and productivity. On
the one hand, there are still many organizational leaders in managing employee job satisfaction, only using stimulus
strategies in the form of financial rewards. While the research results conclude that financial reward is not a factor that
gives job satisfaction, but is said to be a factor that only eliminates a sense of job dissatisfaction. The purpose of this
study was to determine and analyze employee perceptions of the intrinsic and extrinsic conditions received, as well as
employee job satisfaction at the Angantaka Village Office, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The sample in this
study was determined to be the same size as the total population of 17 people. Data collection techniques include
questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis assisted by simple
tables. From the results of the study it can be concluded that employees at the Angantaka Village Office, Abiansemal
District, Badung Regency have a good level of job satisfaction
