IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN PRESIDEN NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG PENGADAAN BARANG DAN JASA PEMERINTAH

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has done efforts to make the process of procuring goods and services free from corruption, collusion and nepotism. The Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018, which emphasizes the process based on information technology, aims at providing the right goods and services for every money spent. This is measured based on quality, quantity, time, cost, location, and provider. This process hopefully results in a Center of Excellent (COE), which is a sign of a good organization.
